Within 24 hours we will check your file to make sure everything will print okay and send you a proof. Once the job is in our system, you can log into your account anytime to check your current order status or to place a quick reorder from your Job History.

A few things you need to know about.
- When we say a job prints 4/1 or 4/4, we mean four colors on one side and then 1 color (or four color 4/4) on the other side.
- For recycled paper we have picked Mohawk Via Smooth Cool White. It is 100% recycled, made with wind-generated electricity and is FSC certified.
- We have limited the paper choices to the most commonly used. If you don't find what you are looking for send us a request for a custom quote.
Please review your job carefully before submitting. We require your approval on every job before we print. We will check your file over to make sure everything will print well. We do not check it for: spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors. Quantity is +/- 10% of the amount you ordered.
Our automated system checks and fixes many common printing problems and a graphic artist and customer service person will personally look over your file. If art time is needed to correct or fix a file, the charge is $10 per correction. You will be notified if the file requires work prior to printing.
